I am Mike, an aspiring game designer with a generalist skill set in all paths.
My ambitions are to create strategy games and RPG’s that are historical, steampunk or high fantasy in nature, and I will work on projects across the spectrum that allow me to ultimately push in that direction.

I use Unity daily, and have some background experience with Unreal Engine.
I am also a fast study so if there is a proprietary engine being used I can figure that out very quickly.
While I am a designer, I do have skills in programming, art, animation (2D and 3D), weight painting, and AI behaviours.
Other tools I use include; Substance Painter, Blender, Marvellous, Photoshop, and Visual Studio.

Team tools utilised includes Trello, Discord, Google Docs, and Miro. I am extremely adept at using these tools to work in a team or alone and in an office or remotely, and when required to create documentation such as pitch decks and game design documents. I am also a confident public speaker so if needed to present such documentation to others I can do so.
